TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The initial term of this agreement shall begin on signature date above and continue through initial service. Terms of this agreement are renewed anytime Client schedules service with Pet Peeps, LLC (PP).
2) The fee for all services is as stated on the PP website (www.petpeeps.biz). Client agrees to pay on time for all pet care visits, additional services, fees, or surcharges according to this fee schedule, including but not limited to extra visit time, vet visits, shopping trips, surcharges, and holiday fees. Please see Policies and Procedures document for additional information regarding any fees or surcharges. All pet care services are to be paid no later than the first day of service. Any service not paid within 30 days of the onset of service will be subject to a $50 late payment fee. Client may keep a credit card on file with PP for automatic payment of scheduled services or via PayPal. Client will be responsible for all attorneys' fees and costs of collection.
3) A PP Pet Care Professional (PCP) is authorized to perform care and services scheduled with PP. The PCP is also authorized to seek emergency veterinary care with release from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense. Should specified veterinarian be unavailable, PCP is authorized to seek another qualified veterinarian and approve medical and/or emergency treatment (excluding euthanasia) as recommended by said veterinarian. Client is responsible for paying veterinarian directly unless this option is not available. If this situation arises, Client agrees to immediately reimburse PP for any veterinarian expenses incurred, plus all fees for attending to this need. For additional information, please see Policies and Procedures document.
4) In the event that PCP is not left with enough supplies to adequately care for pet, Client agrees to reimburse PP for any expenses incurred, plus any additional fees for attending to this need. Purchases may include but are not limited to pet food, cat litter, or medication. For additional information, please see Policies and Procedures document.
5) In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, PCP is entrusted to use best judgment in caring for pet(s) and home. PP and staff will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions. PP strongly recommends that Clients give a key to a neighbor as an additional safety measure in the event of an emergency or natural disaster. This person's phone number should be provided to PP in the event of an emergency.
6) PP and its' assigned representatives agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring, and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes all claims against said Pet Sitter/Company except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Pet Sitter/Company.
7) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by our office no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time window of service, otherwise a late cancellation fee will apply.
8) Client authorizes PP to schedule a qualified PCP to fulfill responsibilities as set forth in this agreement and to complete all services scheduled. PP will determine the best PCP to fulfill any scheduled visit.
9) All pets must have current vaccinations. By scheduling service with PP, client is affirming that this statement is true. In the event that the client has misrepresented this information, the client will be responsible for all damages including, but not limited to, medical and legal expenses.
10) PP reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time before or during its term if PCP or PP, in their sole discretion, determines that Client's pet poses a danger to health or safety of PCP. If concerns prohibit PCP from caring for pet, Client authorizes pet to be placed in a kennel, with all charges there from charged to the Client.
11) PCP performs pet care services with the understanding that no one other than the pet owner has access to the home. If this is not the case, Client will inform PP, and agrees to hold PP harmless in the event of any damages or injuries.
12) Client pledges that pet does not have a history of aggressive behavior, including biting. If pet demonstrates aggressive behavior, Client agrees to pay for all injuries incurred by PCP, pet, or any affected party in any situation.

Client understands that the Media may contain the Client's and the pets' image and likeness, and Client waives any claim for invasion of privacy or infringement of rights. Client understands and agrees that the Media will be the sole property of PP, and that PP will use the Media for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.
